PLAYER ID PRIVACY

Information and purpose

Player name, birth date, team, photo, proof of age and parent/guardian contact information are needed to review eligibility and issue Player IDs. Minors must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.

Private document access

Proof of age is private and available only to authorized administrators and verification staff. Coaches cannot view birth certificates or passports. Documents are not sent by email. No facial recognition is used.

Retention and requests

The planned retention period for proof of age is until Player ID expiration. Parents will be able to request access or deletion through their signed-in account. Handling for abandoned, rejected and replacement documents must be reviewed before live collection begins.
